In house mini SoDAR
This sodar
has been manufactured by CNR-ISAC. It is composed by three antennae disposed on
the vertexes of an isosceles triangle, having sides of 30 m length. Two antennae
are inclined of a zenithal angle of 20° and are orientated respectively toward
east and south; the other antenna is in vertical position.
It measures
wind speed and direction profiles up to about 150 m above ground level, and
operates currently at 3.5 kHz, 4.0 kHz, and 4.5 kHz.
